whats the best way to convert 24 volt to 12 volt on my 24 volt epoch so i can run radio or other things that are 12 volt ?

You could utilize a step-down converter (24V to 12V). There are many models to choose from out there. Just make sure the specs of the converter will meet your 12V current needs. I am a big fan of Victron Energy and they have a few models to choose from.
